We make every effort to ensure that all fees are fair and reasonable. We always discuss charges before services are rendered. Full payment is due at the time of service and before ordering any ophthalmic materials. To purchase gift certificates, please contact our office.
Self-paying patients without any vision benefits or medical insurance are always welcome. We accept cash, debit, American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, FSA and HSA (health flex saving accounts).
We do give 15% discount for military families and seniors (does not apply to contact lenses).
Our office accepts most vision care insurance. Please ask us for specific details. A vision insurance policy is not the same as health insurance. Regular health insurance plans only protect you against financial losses due to unexpected eye injuries or disease. Vision insurance is a wellness benefit designed to provide routine eye care, prescription eyewear and other vision related services at a reduced cost. We accept Eyemed, Blue View, MES Vision, Davis Vision, FEP Blue, Golden West, Aetna, Tricare, Triwest, and VSP (Vision Service Plan), Cigna Vision. These third-party plans typically subsidize the cost of professional services, prescriptive eyewear, and contact lenses. Unlike medical insurance, vision plans DO NOT typically cover the cost of professional services related to the treatment and management of eye disease.
RETURN POLICY:
For patients that purchase eyewear or contact lenses from us, we recognize that there is always a small possibility that they may not perform as expected due to individual variability and response. In these cases, you can rest assured that our office strives to address your concerns in a fair and positive manner.
Patient's own frames are accepted without warranty against breakage.
Contact lens non-adapt policy: office credit less exam fee when lenses are returned within 30 days from examination date. Patient may forgo office credit for 20% refund.
Spectacles non-adapt policy: One redo at no cost or 20% refund less exam/service fee within 60 days from examination date. Patients must pay the full difference for upgrades.
Cancellation policy: Stock, un-opened contact lenses refundable less $12 shipping. Spectacle lenses are NOT refundable after lab work begun.
No refunds due to delays caused by back orders or lab breakage. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
